You are looking at the bozhuorui magnetic case xteink x3 e reader alternatives to find a better fit for your device. The original BOZHUORUI case offers secure magnetic attachment and a slim profile for the 3.7-inch Xteink X3. It uses PU leather and microfiber lining to protect against scratches. However, you might prefer a different screen size, material, or feature set. Some readers need a stand, a hand strap, or waterproof protection. Others may want a case for a different e-reader brand entirely. We selected these options because their specifications overlap with common needs found in the original product data. This list covers seven alternatives ranked by specific strengths. You will find options for various e-reader sizes and use cases. Each choice highlights distinct specs like auto sleep/wake, detachable designs, or heavy-duty durability. This guide helps you compare practical details without unnecessary noise. Focus on the specs that matter for your daily reading habits. The following sections break down each alternative’s key features. You can decide which case best matches your specific requirements and device compatibility.
Our top pick: BOZHUORUI 3.7-inch Xteink X3 Magnetic Case.
How alternatives compare to original
Nook Simple Touch Pink PU Leather Case
This Nook Simple Touch case targets a different device entirely. It is designed for the 6-inch Nook, not the 3.7-inch Xteink X3. You get a PU leather exterior in pink, similar to the original. The magnetic attachment method matches the BOZHUORUI design for easy snap-on use. However, it lacks the specific tailoring for the X3. The weight is 4.59 ounces, which is slightly heavier than a typical slim case. If you own a Nook, this is a solid choice. For X3 users, it will not fit. It offers basic protection without extra bulk, prioritizing simplicity over specialized features.
AFesar Nook Simple Touch PU Leather Folio Case
The AFesar folio case is another option for the 6-inch Nook Simple Touch. It uses PU leather and a folio form factor. Unlike the magnetic BOZHUORUI case, this one prioritizes button access. It is not magnetic, so you lose the snap-on convenience. The dimensions are 6.77 by 5.24 inches, fitting a larger screen. It weighs 10.2 ounces, making it significantly heavier than the lightweight X3 case. This is a budget-friendly choice for older Nook owners. It provides a slim profile but lacks the modern magnetic attachment. If you need physical button access and do not mind the weight, this works. It is not suitable for the X3 device.
EMSEEK Waterproof Pouch for 6-7 Inch E-Readers
This EMSEEK pouch offers waterproof protection for 6 to 7-inch e-readers. It is a pouch, not a hard case. You get a secure seal to keep water out, which the BOZHUORUI case cannot do. The size is 9.45 by 6.3 inches, accommodating larger devices. It weighs 4.66 ounces. The material is designed for submersion, ideal for swimming or beach reading. You sacrifice the scratch-resistant faux leather exterior and the magnetic closure. This is for water sports enthusiasts. It does not offer the same aesthetic or easy access as a folio case. If you read near water, this is the better choice. It is bulky compared to slim magnetic covers.
The Kuesn flip case is made for the 6-inch Nook Simple Touch. It uses genuine leather, which feels more premium than the faux leather on the BOZHUORUI case. The form factor is a flip cover. It does not use magnets, so you rely on friction to keep it closed. The dimensions are 6.5 by 5 inches, fitting the Nook screen. It weighs 3.88 ounces, which is lighter than the AFesar option. This is a stylish, practical choice for Nook owners. It lacks the magnetic convenience and specific fit for the X3. If you prefer real leather and do not need magnets, this is a good alternative. It is not compatible with the 3.7-inch Xteink X3.
Vane Oak Kobo Libra Colour Magnetic Detachable Case
This Vane Oak case is designed for the 7-inch Kobo Libra Colour. It features a detachable magnetic design. You can remove the back cover to reduce weight during long reading sessions. This is a unique feature not found in the fixed BOZHUORUI case. The material is not specified, but the focus is on portability. It weighs less when detached. The size fits the larger 7-inch screen. This is ideal for readers who want flexibility. It does not fit the 3.7-inch X3. If you own a Kobo Libra Colour, this offers superior adaptability. The magnetic attachment is secure, similar to the original. It provides scratch protection while allowing a lighter setup for travel.
This BOZHUORUI case is for the 4.3-inch Xteink X4. It uses the same magnetic attachment method as the original X3 case. The material is PU leather, matching the premium feel. It is slim and lightweight, designed for easy carrying. The model number is XT4-CXWK, indicating it is for the larger X4 screen. It weighs less than the Nook cases. This is the best alternative if you have the X4 model. It offers the same secure magnetic snap and scratch protection. It is not compatible with the 3.7-inch X3. If you need a case for the X4, this is the direct equivalent. It maintains the brand's focus on slim, magnetic protection for Xteink devices.
