4 Best Alternatives to the CoBak 6-Inch Kindle PU Leather (2026)

How these options compare to CoBak

MoKo 6-Inch Kindle 11th Gen Folio Case

The MoKo 6-Inch Kindle Folio Case offers a slightly slimmer profile than the CoBak original. It measures 0.55 inches in height compared to CoBak’s 0.51 inches, but weighs just 3.25 ounces. This makes it one of the lightest options available for the 11th Gen Kindle. It includes an auto wake and sleep feature, matching CoBak’s convenience. However, it lacks a built-in stand, which is a trade-off for its minimal bulk. The floral design provides a different aesthetic than CoBak’s classic cross pattern. You should choose this if you prioritize the lowest possible weight and a slim fit over stand functionality or a magnetic closure.

MoKo 6-Inch Kindle Stand Case with Hand Strap

This MoKo variant adds a hand strap and stand functionality, which the original CoBak case does not include. It is taller at 0.67 inches and heavier at 4.39 ounces, reflecting the added hardware. The glitter black finish offers a distinct look compared to CoBak’s golden brown or black options. The hand strap aids in one-handed reading, a feature absent in the standard CoBak model. While it maintains slimness relative to bulkier folios, it is noticeably larger than the original. If you frequently read with one hand or need a hands-free stand for your desk, this version provides those utilities. It sacrifices the ultra-lightweight nature of the base model for enhanced usability features.

CoBak 6-Inch Kindle PU Leather Folio Case

This CoBak folio version includes a stand, which the original basic case lacks. It shares the same waterproof PU leather material and magnetic closure as the original. The dimensions are identical in width and length, but it weighs 3.53 ounces, slightly more than the original’s implied lightness due to the stand mechanism. The blackfolio color offers a sleeker appearance than the golden brown option. You get the same auto wake/sleep sensor and durable microfiber interior. This option is ideal if you want the original’s protection and waterproofing but also need a stand for hands-free reading. It bridges the gap between the basic case and the more feature-heavy MoKo stand models.

CoBak 6" Clear Case for 6 inch Tablet

The CoBak Clear Case takes a completely different approach by prioritizing visibility over material protection. It is designed to show off the tablet’s original design, unlike the opaque leather covers. The specifications list unusual dimensions, suggesting a fit for a specific 6-inch tablet model rather than the standard Kindle. It lacks the waterproof exterior and microfiber lining of the original leather case. There is no mention of a stand or magnetic closure in the provided data. This option suits users who want minimal bulk and want to preserve the device’s aesthetic. It is a simple sleeve rather than a protective folio, making it a niche choice for those who dislike covered devices.
