Key specs explained for GOWENIC
Form Factor: Stand case
This design combines a protective cover with a built-in stand. You can prop the device up for hands-free reading or note-taking. The case folds to support the screen at a viewing angle. This eliminates the need for a separate stand. It is ideal if you want a single accessory that protects and positions your Scribe. Compare this to basic folio cases that only offer flat protection.
Device Compatibility: Scribe 2022 2024
The case is engineered specifically for the 10.2-inch Kindle Scribe models released in 2022 and 2024. It ensures a precise fit for these specific generations. This precision helps protect buttons and ports correctly. If you own a different e-reader model, this case will not fit. Check your device generation before purchasing. This specificity ensures the cover does not interfere with the screen or buttons.
Compatible Screen Size: 10.2"
The case is sized for a 10.2-inch display. This matches the screen dimensions of the compatible Scribe models. A proper size match prevents loose fitting or excessive bulk. It ensures the cover closes securely around the edges. This dimension helps you verify compatibility with your current device. When shopping, compare this size against other 10-inch e-reader cases to ensure a snug fit.
Stylus Storage: Pen slot
The case includes a dedicated slot for storing your stylus. This keeps the pen attached to the cover and prevents loss. You can access the pen quickly while reading or writing. This feature is useful if your device does not have magnetic attachment points. It adds convenience by keeping your writing tool secure. Compare this to cases without storage, which require you to keep the pen separate.
Features: Auto Sleep/Wake
This feature automatically puts your device to sleep when the case is closed. It wakes the screen when you open the cover. This saves battery life by turning off the display when not in use. It also adds convenience by removing the need to manually lock the screen. This is a standard convenience for many e-reader cases. Check if your current case supports this to compare the user experience.

Before You Buy This Case
You should verify that your Kindle Scribe matches the 2022 or 2024 model year. The listing specifies compatibility only with these 10.2-inch devices.
