If you own either the Clara Colour or Clara BW, this accessory is designed to protect your specific hardware without slipping or leaving gaps.
Compatible Screen Size: 6"
The case is engineered for 6-inch screens, which is a standard size for portable e-readers. This dimension balances portability with readable text area. You can slip it into most bags or pockets easily. When shopping, ensure your device matches this screen size exactly, as cases for 7-inch or 8-inch readers will not fit this form factor.
Size: SleepCover Case
This style includes a cover that wraps around the front of the device. It likely features a magnetic or sensor-based sleep mode, turning off the screen when closed to save battery. You benefit from reduced accidental touches and extended battery life during storage. This is a practical choice for readers who carry their device in bags or pockets.
Color: Clear
The transparent design lets you see the original color and finish of your e-reader. You do not need to remove the case to admire your device's look. It also helps you identify the model if you own multiple devices. Clear cases are popular for users who want protection without hiding the aesthetic design of their hardware.
Weight: 1.8 ounces
At 1.8 ounces, this case adds minimal weight to your e-reader. You will barely notice the extra bulk while holding the device for long reading sessions. This lightness is ideal for one-handed use. Compare this to heavier leather or hard shell cases, which can cause hand fatigue during extended reading periods.
Slim Design and Protective Build
The listing describes this case as a slim, lightweight design. It measures 7.2 inches in length, 5.24 inches in height, and 0.59 inches in width. The weight is listed at 1.8 ounces. Since the case is slim and lightweight at just 1.8 ounces, it does not add significant bulk to your reading experience. You can carry it in a bag or hold it for long periods without discomfort. This makes it a practical choice for readers who want to keep their device looking new.
Before you buy this case
You should verify that your e-reader is either the Kobo Clara Colour or the Clara BW. The listing specifies these two models only. A 6-inch screen size is required for a proper fit. If you have a different Kobo model, this case will not work. The material is scratch-resistant, but you still need to clean it regularly. Use a soft, dry cloth to remove dust and fingerprints. Avoid harsh chemicals that might cloud the clear plastic. This accessory sits alongside other protective options in the E-Readers & Tablets category. It is a basic, transparent shield rather than a heavy-duty bumper. You get minimal bulk with this slim design. It does not include a stand or extra features. It simply covers the back and sides. Check the precise cutouts before purchasing. Ensure they align with your device’s buttons and charging port. This case is best for users who want to show off their device while keeping it safe from daily wear and tear.
