MoKo vs FINTIE Cover Comparison
Screen size compatibility
You need to match the case to your specific device. The MoKo case is designed exclusively for the 6-inch Kindle models from 2016, 2019, 2022, and 2024. It will not fit larger tablets. The FINTIE case is built only for the 7-inch Kindle Oasis, covering the 9th and 10th generations from 2017 and 2019. Choosing the wrong size will leave your device exposed or prevent the case from closing properly. You must verify your Kindle generation before purchasing either option to ensure a secure fit.
Material composition
Both cases prioritize protection through durable outer layers. The MoKo folio uses PU leather with a premium quality finish. Its interior features a no-scratch microfiber lining that adds comfort and an extra layer of safety for your screen. The FINTIE case is made from synthetic leather, which offers similar durability for daily use. It also includes a soft interior designed to prevent scratches. Both materials aim to shield your e-reader from minor bumps and scrapes while maintaining a sleek appearance. You get reliable protection with either synthetic or PU leather construction.
Stand functionality
Reading comfort improves with a good stand. The MoKo case includes a folding stand design that positions your 6-inch Kindle at a comfortable viewing angle. This makes hands-free reading easier for longer sessions. The FINTIE case offers a multi-angle stand feature for the 7-inch Oasis. This allows you to adjust the device to several different secure angles depending on your preference. Both brands provide practical stand modes to support your reading posture. You can choose between a standard folding angle or customizable multi-angle positioning based on your needs.
Carrying convenience
Portability features differ between the two brands. The MoKo case includes an interior hand strap designed to prevent accidental falls and ensure comfortable one-handed use. This feature helps you carry your 6-inch Kindle securely while on the move. The FINTIE case does not list a hand strap in its specifications. Instead, it relies on a magnetic clasp to keep the cover securely closed without straps covering the front. If you prefer a grip for one-handed carrying, the MoKo interior strap offers a distinct advantage for portable reading.
Color variety
Aesthetic options vary significantly between the two cases. The MoKo case is available in 30 different variations, including matte black, rose gold, and various floral patterns like Magnolia, Flowers, and Almond Blossom. This wide selection allows you to personalize your device extensively. The FINTIE case offers only two color options: blossom and starry sky. If you want a specific look or pattern to match your style, the MoKo brand provides a much broader range of choices compared to the limited palette of the FINTIE case.
Physical dimensions
The physical footprint of each case affects how it fits in bags or pockets. The MoKo case measures 6.65 inches in length, 4.92 inches in width, and 0.67 inches in height, weighing 4.5 ounces. The FINTIE case is slightly larger in width at 5.71 inches, with a length of 6.5 inches and a height of 0.79 inches. It weighs 5.8 ounces. The MoKo case is lighter and slightly thinner, which may make it easier to slip into tight spaces. The FINTIE case is bulkier due to its larger screen compatibility and multi-angle stand mechanism.
