If you are searching for voxsaney universal waterproof ereader protective alternatives, you are likely looking for reliable gear to keep your 6-7 inch device safe near water. The VOXSANEY 6-7" Waterproof eReader Case stands out as the best overall pick. It uses TPU material constructed with high-frequency welding to create a thin, durable pouch. The design includes a floating feature, so the case stays on the surface even when submerged. It also has a handle for easy use underwater. This makes it ideal for swimming, kayaking, or snorkeling.
However, you might prefer a different option based on your specific needs. Some readers want a lighter case, while others need a brand that fits their specific device model better. Our top pick: VOXSANEY 6-7" Waterproof eReader Case (2-Pack).
How each alternative compares
WALNEW 6-7" Universal Waterproof Case
The WALNEW 6-7" Universal Waterproof Case also targets 6-7 inch devices, but it uses a triple zip-lock seal instead of high-frequency welding. This design prioritizes visibility and portability over rugged durability. At 2.2 ounces, it is lighter than the VOXSANEY pouch, which may matter for long beach days. You get splash protection suitable for casual use near water. However, it lacks the explicit floating design found in the VOXSANEY model. If you need a lightweight option for quick trips to the pool or lake, this is a practical choice. It does not offer the same level of submersion confidence for deep water activities.
EMSEEK Waterproof Blue E-Reader Pouch
The EMSEEK Waterproof Blue E-Reader Pouch is larger, measuring 6.3 by 9.45 inches, compared to the VOXSANEY’s 5.91 by 7.87 inches. This extra space allows you to store small items alongside your eReader. It weighs 4.9 ounces, making it significantly heavier than the VOXSANEY case. Like the VOXSANEY, it features a floating design, which is essential for water sports like kayaking or snorkeling. You gain the utility of carrying more gear, but you sacrifice some compactness. The thicker profile at 0.47 inches still fits in most bags. Choose this if you need a dry pouch for multiple small essentials during extended water adventures.
JYGSFCHDC 7-Inch Waterproof Pouch
The JYGSFCHDC 7-Inch Waterproof Pouch is a budget-friendly option for swimmers with 6-7 inch eReaders. It offers basic waterproofing and visibility for underwater reading. The data does not specify its weight or exact dimensions, but it is designed specifically for 7-inch devices. You get essential protection without the extra features of the VOXSANEY case, such as a handle or explicit floating certification. It is a straightforward pouch for casual swimming. If you want a simple, cost-effective solution for poolside reading, this works well. You do not get the durable TPU construction or the multi-purpose outdoor versatility listed for the top pick.
eMorevalue 7-Inch Waterproof E-Reader Pouch
The eMorevalue 7-Inch Waterproof E-Reader Pouch comes in black and features touch-friendly windows for submerged use. It weighs 2.47 ounces, which is slightly heavier than the VOXSANEY case. It fits 6 to 7 inch eReaders, similar to the original. You get waterproofing and portability without rigid durability. The HD resolution mention refers to the window clarity, allowing you to read comfortably underwater. However, it lacks the floating design and handle features of the VOXSANEY pouch. This makes it better for controlled environments like pools. If you prioritize a sleek black look and touch usability over floating safety, this is a solid alternative.
NAWVNMI Kindle Oasis Waterproof Case
The NAWVNMI Kindle Oasis Waterproof Case is designed exclusively for the 7-inch Kindle Oasis 9th and 10th generations. It does not fit other 6-7 inch devices like Kindles or Kobos. It offers auto wake and sleep functionality, a feature the generic VOXSANEY pouch lacks. You get targeted protection and scratch resistance for your specific device. However, it is not a universal solution. If you own a Kindle Oasis, this provides a snug fit and smart features. For any other eReader, you must stick with the VOXSANEY or other universal pouches. It sacrifices versatility for device-specific optimization and convenience.
NAWVNMI 7" Kindle Oasis Waterproof Case
This second NAWVNMI case also targets the 7-inch Kindle Oasis 9th and 10th generations. It shares the same auto sleep and wake features as its sibling. It offers scratch resistance and waterproof protection for this specific model. You do not get a universal fit, so it cannot protect other eReaders. The design is tailored to the Oasis shape, ensuring a secure hold. If you need auto wake functionality and a precise fit for your Oasis, this is a strong choice. It gives up the broad compatibility of the VOXSANEY pouch. It is best for owners who want dedicated protection without the bulk of a general-purpose waterproof bag.
